01The Township
MBW Boulevard is MB World Group's township on Jalan Cemerlang, Tampoi, on a 20.38-acre site right at the junction of two major JB roads: Skudai Highway and Pasir Gudang Highway. It will be built in phases, with 3,674 homes planned across the whole township.
The first phase, MBW Boulevard 1, has three serviced apartment towers above an 8-level podium. The podium holds the car park, a 5th-floor facilities deck and a row of ground-floor shops. The rest of the land is kept for future phases.

03Location
MBW Boulevard sits at the Skudai Highway and Pasir Gudang Highway interchange in Tampoi. It's close to Tampoi's malls, schools and clinics, with a straight run into JB city centre and CIQ.
Skudai Highway and Pasir Gudang Highway meet right next to the site, so you can head west to Skudai and Iskandar Puteri or east to Pasir Gudang.
KIPMall Tampoi is 1.2 km away and Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru is 2 km. Angsana, Perling Mall and Sutera Mall are all under 4 km.
JB CIQ Complex is about 13 km away, and the future Bukit Chagar RTS Link station is about 12.5 km. Terminal Tun Aminah is 5.4 km.

04Retail at the Podium
The ground floor of MBW Boulevard 1's podium will hold SKS Avenue Tampoi, a row of 13 single-storey shoplots by SKS Group, the retail group behind FORUS and SKS City Mall.
It's a small neighbourhood strip for everyday shops and services, not a destination mall. The idea is that residents can pick up basics without driving out. For bigger shopping trips, KIPMall and Paradigm Mall are about 2 km away.
